Existing: $3,000-$5,500

Proposed Office / Industrial

Single Tenant: $3,000 - $5,000
Multi-Tenant: $3,500 - $8,000

Vacant Land

Single Lot / Parcel: $1,200 - $3,000

Miscellaneous Properties

Self-Storage: $3,500 - $6,000
Restaurants & Convenience Stores: $3,000 - $5,000

Mobile Home & RV Parks: $4,000 - $6,000
Motels: $4,000 - $7,500
Hotel/Casinos: $10,000 - $30,000

Shopping Centers

Strip/Neighborhood: $3,000 - $8,000

Existing Office / Industrial

Single Tenant: $2,500 - $4,500
Multi-Tenant: $3,000 - $7,500

 

Other Professional Services

 

Mixed Use Properties: Full fee for first use, lower range for additional uses

Report in both Narrative and Form Report Formats: Additional $15,000

Lease-by-Lease Cash Flow Analysis: Additional $1,500

Use-Specific Market Analyses: Additional $1,500-$2,500

Consulting, Court Time, Special Research, etc: $300 per hour

Summary Reports, Restricted Use Reports: Varies, generally lower fees than self-contained reports.

Copies of Appraisal Reports: $40 - $80 each, depending on size
