Heidi H. Kent, MAI, is a Sixth Generation Nevadan, having general appraisal experience since May 1992 and is the owner of Kent Appraisal Services, and has a wide variety of experience with all commercial property types. She holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from UNLV, is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Nevada and received the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute in October 2004. She provides expert witness experience/testimony for condeming agencies, attorneys, and individual property owners.
Gary H. Kent, MAI, Certified General Appraiser in the State of Nevada, is a consultant to Kent Appraisal Services and is a Fifth Generation Nevadan with over 47 years of general appraisal experience. He established Gary H. Kent, Inc. in 1973 and was owner until December 2006.
